Greenleaf Elementary School
Greenleaf PTO Mission
The Greenleaf PTO’s mission is to promote open communication and understanding between Greenleaf parents, guardians, and staff. We are comprised of parents, legal guardians, and staff at Greenleaf School.
What We Do
– Offer assistance to teachers in and out of the classroom
– Hold fund-raisers for supplemental educational materials and experiences
– Support school and family social interaction
– Provide a non-biased forum for sharing information on issues that impact our children
– Have fun!
It is our belief that the team effort of a parent/teacher organization offers the best possible learning environment for our children.
Monthly meetings are held at Greenleaf School and open to all, even if you have never been before.“When schools, families, and community groups work together to support learning, children tend to do better in school, stay in school longer, and like school more.”A New Wave of Evidence: The Impact of School, Family, and Community Connections on Student Achievement (PDF, 1.2 MB, 241 pgs.) A.T. Henderson & K. L. Mapp. (Southwest Educational Development Laboratory, 2002).
Joining the Parent Teacher Organization is a great way to be a part of what’s happening at Greenleaf School!
Check out the new Greenleaf PTO Facebook page for updates.
